Softcare FM Manufacturing Limited, a long-standing industrial stakeholder deeply rooted in Ghana’s hygiene and personal care sector, has reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to national development and public health through a strategic donation to the Ghana Armed Forces.
The donation was formally presented to the Ghana Military Police at Burma Camp in Accra on 16th March 2026. It comprised essential hygiene supplies, including sanitary ware and 50 cartons of Softcare sanitary pads, to enhance sanitation standards within the unit.
In an official letter dated 12th March 2026, the Ghana Military Police conveyed its sincere appreciation to Softcare for what it described as a timely and impactful contribution.
The Commanding Officer, Lt. Col. Jacqueline Delali Galley, noted that the donation would materially improve sanitary conditions, promote the health and well-being of personnel, and contribute to overall operational readiness.
Speaking on behalf of the company, Softcare representatives underscored that the initiative forms part of its broader mission to advance hygiene, dignity, and sustainable community partnerships across Ghana.
“We recognise the indispensable role of the Armed Forces in safeguarding national stability, and we are honoured to support their welfare in a meaningful and practical way,” a company spokesperson stated.
