NPP stalwarts sue political parties at Supreme Court over “unconstitutional” delegate systems

Prof. Frimpong Boateng and two other NPP stalwarts have sued major political parties at the Supreme Court, seeking to declare the delegate-based electoral college system unconstitutional and ensure equal voting rights for all party members.
