‘It was a clerical mistake in the PPA’s approval letter’ – J.A. Plant Pool denies A-G’s $2m overpayment claim on DRIP equipment supply

J.A. Plant Pool (JAPP) rejects the Attorney-General’s claims of a US$2M overpayment and GHS 38.7M tax evasion in the DRIP contract, arguing the US$178M figure was the official price and citing a PPA clerical error.
