Former Hearts of Oak management member Aziz Haruna Futa has urged the club’s leadership to back head coach Didi Dramani with a long-term project spanning at least six years.
The ex-Black Stars assistant coach took charge of the Phobians earlier this season, replacing Aboubakar Ouattara.
Dramani has since guided Hearts to fifth on the Premier League table with four wins and four draws, suffering only one defeat, against archrivals Asante Kotoko.
Speaking to Sporty FM, Aziz Futa, who previously served as the club’s Supporters’ Chief believes Didi is the right man for the role.
“Didi Dramani is not a bad coach,” he said.
“He needs time and a project. The club needs a project, whether six years or more, so the coach can work.”
Hearts of Oak will aim to bounce back to winning form when they face Swedru All Blacks on November 15 at the Swedru Sports Stadium.
The Accra-based giants are seeking to reclaim the Ghana Premier League title, which they last won in 2021, their only title since 2009.
