Chairman Wontumi pleads not guilty, granted GHS15m bail with 3 sureties

NPP Ashanti Regional Chairman Bernard Antwi Boasiako (Wontumi) and Akonta Mining have pleaded not guilty to galamsey charges. The High Court granted him GH¢15 million bail with strict conditions.
