Accra Sky Train trial: Ex-GIIF board member testifies $2M funding was never approved

A former GIIF Board member testified that the Board never approved the $2 million funding for the Accra Sky Train project in the trial against the former CEO and Board Chair, stating he only learned of the payment via the Auditor-General’s report.
