The Patriotic Institute on Thursday, 5th February 2026, received a significant financial donation from the USA Branch of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) during a brief presentation ceremony held at the Institute.
The donation fulfilled a pledge made during an engagement with NPP External Branches on 2nd February 2026, where the USA Branch, led by Obaa Yaa Frimpong, Chairperson, committed to supporting the Institute’s 2026 nationwide training programmes and capacity-building initiatives.
The General Secretary of the NPP received the donation on behalf of the Institute and commended the USA Branch for its continuous dedication to strengthening the party’s intellectual, organisational, and grassroots capacity.

Also present at the ceremony were Henry Nana Boakye (Nana B), Kwame Kyeretwie-Amponsah (Director of External Affairs), Dr Antoinette Tsiboe-Darko (Acting Director of the Institute), Dr Jemima Nunoo, Mr Stephen Forson, Kwabena Frimpong, Jay Hyde, Hajia Rabi Salifu, and Sandra Sarkodee-Adoo.
Dr Antoinette Tsiboe-Darko expressed profound appreciation to the USA Branch for honouring its commitment. She emphasised that the support will greatly enhance the Institute’s ability to deliver high-quality training modules, digital skills development programmes, and strategic capacity-building for party members across the country.
Members of the Patriotic Institute Management Team were also in attendance to witness the presentation and affirm the Institute’s commitment to deepening collaboration with the diaspora in strengthening the party’s knowledge base and leadership pipeline.
The Patriotic Institute continues to position itself as a central hub for research, training, and strategic development within the party, with the USA Branch’s support marking another meaningful step toward advancing this mission.
