Ontario police bust international car theft ring, recover 306 stolen vehicles in case involving Ghanaian suspect

Ontario Provincial Police have dismantled a transnational vehicle theft and export syndicate, recovering 306 stolen cars worth about C$25 million, with several arrests including a Ghanaian national.
