ECOWAS Court rejects Torkornoo’s bid to block her removal, overrules state objection

The ECOWAS Community Court has dismissed former Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo’s request to suspend her removal and reinstate her with full entitlements, while also rejecting Ghana’s argument that the court lacks jurisdiction.
