Tarragon Edge, in collaboration with Empowered To Restore (ETR), successfully hosted a high-impact Entrepreneurs Master Class in Accra, Ghana, proudly sponsored by Radiology Partners, USA.
The Master Class brought together emerging and established African entrepreneurs for an immersive learning experience on leadership, innovation, business strategy, and social impact.
The event formed part of Tarragon Edge’s commitment to building capacity and fostering sustainable entrepreneurship across Africa.
Participants engaged in insightful sessions led by seasoned business leaders and industry experts, covering topics such as entrepreneurial leadership, innovative thinking, access to finance, brand positioning, and giving back through service.
The program emphasised Africa’s potential as a rising hub of creativity and enterprise.
The key facilitators for the four-day morning and afternoon sessions were Jalie Cohen, CHRO, Radiology Partners; Sarah Mahlstedt, Vice President, Projects; Jenny Benoit, Financial Controlle;r and Malea Reising, Communications and Marketing, all of Radiology Partners, US.
Speaking at the session, Dr Genevieve Pearl Duncan, Founder of Tarragon Edge, highlighted the vision behind the initiative:
“Africa’s next generation of entrepreneurs must not only build profitable ventures but also create solutions that uplift communities and drive sustainable growth. This Master Class is a catalyst for that transformation.”
The event concluded with a Mini Graduation on the theme: Africa Rising and Networking Cocktail, celebrating participants’ growth and commitment. The ceremony featured an exhibition of African-made products and creative business concepts, showcasing the ingenuity of local entrepreneurs.
As a gesture of appreciation, Radiology Partners received a special Leadership Appreciation Plaque symbolising their contribution to empowering entrepreneurs and advancing Africa’s development through knowledge sharing and collaboration. A similar gesture was extended to collaborative Partners, Empowered to Restore (ETR), for their continued partnership and for Empowering communities around the globe.
