BBC Director-General Tim Davie has resigned following backlash over a Panorama documentary that allegedly misrepresented Donald Trump’s Jan. 6 speech by omitting a key line urging peaceful protest. The controversy also prompted the resignation of BBC News head Deborah Turness.
