Passport fee slashed to GH₵350: 30% reduction effective November 13

Foreign Affairs Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa announced a 30% cut in Ghana’s standard passport application fee, dropping it from GH₵500 to GH₵350 starting November 13, 2025, to ease the financial burden and curb illegal middleman activities.
